Kathleen Dorey, Managing Partner of Petrel Robertson Consulting Limited recently visited Cambodia in September 2018 to meet with energy government officials regarding a joint partnership to explore oil and gas opportunities in country. PRCL will be providing strategic and technical expertise to the partnership in order to assess the oil and gas opportunities and assist in bringing the potential production on stream.
